How far in advance should I book?

We recommend booking at least 2–3 weeks in advance, especially for weekends and holidays. Summer months fill up fast, so the earlier the better! That said, we do our best to accommodate last-minute requests — give us a call and we'll see what we can do.

How do I reserve a rental?

Is a deposit required?

Yes, a deposit is required to secure your reservation. The deposit amount varies by rental. The remaining balance is due on the day of your event before setup begins.

What is your cancellation policy?

Cancellations made 7+ days before your event receive a full deposit refund. Cancellations within 7 days forfeit the deposit, but we're happy to apply it as a credit toward a future booking.

Do you deliver and set up the equipment?

Absolutely! Delivery, setup, and takedown are all included in your rental price. Our team will arrive early to have everything ready before your event starts, and we'll return at the end to break everything down.

How far do you deliver?

We serve Orlando and the surrounding areas including Kissimmee, Sanford, Apopka, Ocoee, Winter Garden, and more. Contact us with your zip code and we'll confirm if we cover your area.

What surface can the bounce house be set up on?

We can set up on grass, concrete, asphalt, or pavers. Grass is preferred for bounce houses. We use stakes for grass setups and sandbags for hard surfaces.

Are your inflatables safe?

Safety is our top priority. All of our inflatables are commercially rated, regularly inspected, and cleaned and sanitized before every rental. We are fully insured and follow all Florida safety guidelines.

What happens in bad weather?

We do not operate inflatables in winds over 15 mph, lightning, or heavy rain. If weather forces a cancellation on the day of your event, you'll receive a full credit to use another day.

Are there any hidden fees?

No hidden fees! Our pricing includes delivery, setup, and takedown. If your location is outside our standard delivery zone, a small travel fee may apply — we'll always tell you upfront.

Is the foam safe for kids?

Yes! We use 100% non-toxic, biodegradable foam solution that is safe for children and pets. It's hypoallergenic and gentle on skin and eyes.
